K.L. Kranes’ riveting debut novel, The Travelers, is an exciting story of two teenagers who meet serendipitously and discover they have a mysterious connection. With a second book in the series, The Gateway, set to release, follow the heroes of this fast-paced romantic adventure as they face the trials of high school while battling terrifying magical foes.
K.L. Kranes lives in the Washington, DC metro area with her husband, daughter and their adorable, but mischievous, dog who is the real ruler of the household. She graduated from Virginia Tech with a degree in Communications. K.L. moved to NYC after college where she entered the glamorous life of public relations before she realized she’d much rather be sitting at a computer writing than standing at a party holding a celebrity’s coat. She currently works as a freelance writer and editor. In her non-writing time, she enjoys hanging out with her family, organizing her library and coming up with crazy, oftentimes unrealistic, ideas for how to reinvent old furniture. (If only her imagination knew how to properly wield a hammer.)
