I lost. What's worse is I lost a contest where I was only competing with myself. I am a NANOWRIMO loser. But, for once, I'm OK with losing.
If you read my blog last week on NaNoWriMo, you already know I'm a newbie to this writing event. I didn't quite know what to expect when I started. It's now been one week (technically 8 days when I'm writing this). What have I learned so far? Anything?
The first time someone said the word "Nanowrimo" to me was in a Starbucks and I thought it referred to a miniature rhinoceros. I was just a tiny bit off.
